By default, payouts happen automatically via Stripe on a daily 2-day rolling basis. The 2-day window applies to business days only. In other words, payments are held for two business days before being paid out to your bank account.

For example, payments received on a Tuesday are paid out by Thursday, and payments received on a Friday are paid out by Tuesday.

Also note that your very first payout may take longer than this. This delay allows Stripe to mitigate some of the risks inherent in providing credit services.

How can I see when my money is going to arrive?

You can access your payout information by navigating to the "payouts" tab on your dashboard. To get here go to your AnyCreek Dashboard and follow the below clicks:

Dashboard > Menu > Payments > View Payouts In Stripe.

What if payment has not hit your bank account in a while? What should I do?

Sometimes Stripe tries to transfer funds to your bank account, however, your bank declines payment. In these instances, we suggest taking one of the following actions.

Go to the "Payments" tab within your dashboard and select "View payouts on Stripe".

Dashboard > Menu > Payments > View Payouts In Stripe.

Within your Stripe account, you will see the various payouts that have or have not occurred and if there is action required.

Configuring a new bank account

Go to the "Payments" tab within your dashboard and select "View payouts on Stripe".

Dashboard > Menu > Payments > View Payouts In Stripe.

Once you're logged in to your Stripe dashboard, click the user icon in the upper right to view your account settings:

On the account settings page, scroll down and click on "Payout details". From there, you can add/remove/update your bank accounts:
