The invite to book and add custom booking feature are two of the most popular ways to add trips to your AnyCreek calendar.

Invite to book allows you to create a custom invitation for clients and send it to them via text or email. That link will take them straight to checkout where they will enter their client and card details. That information is now stored for you in one place for future use.

Most guides use this feature when they get a trip inquiry over the phone. Maybe its a referral or a return client and they want to book a trip immediately with you. Instead of writing down all their info, risking losing it and having to deal with deposits and confirmations, you can just hop on your AnyCreek profile and use the 'invite to book tab' to send them an invitation to book.

Alternatively, adding a custom booking allows you add pre-existing trips and cash paying clients to your AnyCreek calendar. For example, let's say you are taking Jimmy out on a full day charter. He is a regular and has fished with you several times and you know he prefers to pay cash. You can add this trip to your AnyCreek calendar using the create custom booking feature as you do not have to collect payment. This will allow you to keep everything on one calendar, store Jimmy's info for future use, and allow the option to send him a confirmation email.
