How to Cancel a Trip and/or Refund a Client

Now you can cancel a trip and/ or refund a client all from within your profile.

It's the feature we need but hope we don't have to use: refunds and cancellations.

With these tools, you now have the flexibility to refund payments, void payments, and mark bookings as canceled. To get started navigate to the specific bookings page that you would like to make changes to. Use the red 'cancel' button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to cancel a booking. (Image Below)

To refund a payment, scroll down and use the 'actions' button on the right side of the payment line to 'refund payment.'

You will then be prompted to refund the original amount of the payment. This number can be adjusted.
