Brief introduction to the Inbox feature & in-app messages.

What is Inbox?

Inbox allows clients to send you a message directly from your profile. This is a great way to help you capture more leads who have questions or may not be ready to book. When someone sends you a message, they are automatically added to your client list with their name, phone number, and email address.

How should I use Inbox?

Inbox page

You'll see a new 'Inbox' menu item on your Dashboard. You can click on this to see all of your messages, read, and reply. As always, this feature works on both desktop and mobile.

Client details pane

You can click the user's name or info icon to see the client details pane. Here you will see the user's name, contact info, booking history, etc. Anyone who sends you a message is automatically added to your Clients list!

Invite to book

From the client details pane, you can also easily send a custom invite to the client directly in the chat. This makes it extremely easy for the client to book the trip and for you to capture more business.


You will receive both a text and an email when a user sends you a message. If you'd like to only receive SMS or Email, reach out to us.
