How to update your trip pricing & deposit amount

There are lots of reasons why you might want to regularly review and update your trip pricing - competitive dynamics, seasonal demand shifts, changing costs of operating, etc. If you'd like to make a change to your trip pricing, it's simple to do so!

To change your trip pricing:

First, head to your Guide Dashboard

  • Click Menu > Listings

  • Click Actions > Edit listing for the listing you'd like to update

  • Click the edit icon underneath Pricing options

  • Make the pricing adjustments in the base price field and click continue

  • Click save changes at the bottom of your listing

To change your deposit amount:

Head to your Guide Dashboard

  • Click Menu > Listings

  • Click Actions > Edit listing for the listing you'd like to update

  • Underneath the Deposit section of the listing, you can change the amount to be "None", "Fixed", or "Percentage"

  • Change the numerical field to indicate the % or $ amount of your deposit

  • Click save changes at the bottom of your listing

Remember, if you refer a trip to another guide, the deposit amount is your commission.
